"Great Delivery Speed, Not-So-Great Packaging"
My order showed up quickly, so points for that, I guess. Unfortunately, the box looked like it had been through a tiny war, and the item inside had bent corners. For the price, I was expecting slightly better packaging, wild concept, I know.

"Updates used to be better"
I ordered from beyonce.com recently, and the communication was disappointing. I remember it being better before, but this time I got the initial confirmation email and then basically heard almost nothing after that.

I kept checking for any kind of update, but it felt like everything was just sitting there with no explanation. When the shipping info finally showed up, it was late and not very clear, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

I totally understand that delays happen, especially with popular merch, but even a quick email would have made a difference. For such a big site, I expected a smoother experience. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get the updates back to how they used to be.

They do have some really cool stuff, but the prices felt a bit too high for me. I was kind of embarrassed because I got excited looking around, then realized I didn’t really feel comfortable paying that much

"Return policy was more of a hassle than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but I found the return process on beyonce.com kind of frustrating. The item itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but once I decided to send it back, the policy felt stricter and less clear than I expected.
I know every store has rules, especially with online orders, but for the price I thought it would be a smoother experience. Customer support wasn’t awful, just slow and not super helpful, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure I wanted to keep it.

"Tracking doesn’t really tell you anything"
I ordered something from Beyonce, and maybe I’m missing some context on how their shipping updates are supposed to work, but the tracking has been useless. It says the order shipped, then nothing moves for days, and when I click the link there’s basically no helpful update.
I reached out to support and got a vague response, so I still don’t really know where my order is. I’m not expecting constant updates or anything, I just want some idea of what’s going on. It’s frustrating and feels like nobody is really looking into it.

"Exchange process was really disappointing"
I ordered from beyonce.com and ended up needing a different size, but trying to exchange it was such a hassle. The whole process felt slow and confusing, and it took way too long to get a response. Even when I did hear back, the instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept checking for updates and still felt like I didn’t really know what was happening. For what I paid, I expected the customer service to be a lot smoother. By the end of it, I just felt frustrated and let down.

"Shipping cost was way too high"
I was going to order the shirt, but the shipping ended up costing more than the shirt itself, which is just ridiculous. I even tried contacting support about it and got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer. No thanks, I’ll pass.

"Nice looking site but a bit confusing"
The site does look cool, I’ll give it that. But finding things was not always super easy for me. Some of the menus felt kinda hidden, and a few pages took a while to load. It’s not bad or anything, just feel like it could be more smoother to use

I ordered something from Beyonce and ended up having to return it, and the refund process was a bit frustrating. It took way longer than I thought it would, and I kept finding myself checking for updates (which got old fast). Customer service did respond, but the first replies weren’t all that helpful. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but I really wish the whole thing had been quicker and clearer.

I was just trying to buy a hoodie, which apparently was too ambitious. The checkout kept sending me back to the shipping page like we were in some kind of thrilling loop, so I got to enter the same information three times. Super fun use of my time.

Eventually my card got charged, but of course I never received a confirmation email, because why would I want reassurance after giving them money? The support page was basically useless too. For a site this big, the checkout really should not feel this broken...

I remember keeping an eye on the clock because I really needed the delivery that day, and it felt like such a relief when it arrived exactly when they said it would. No problems at all, just a smooth, on-time delivery.

I ordered from beyonce.com the sizing was close. My normal size fit good on me, just the top was maybe a little snug, but not in a big problem way. The size chart I’d probably trust again next time. Shipping was fine too, nothing too exciting or weird

"Why is everything always gone?"
I do like this shop, but it kind of feels like the good sizes or items are always sold out by the time I check. Restocks aren’t really clear either, so you’re left guessing if something is ever coming back. It’s just frustrating when you’re actually ready to buy and somehow there’s barely anything available.
